CLONE - A teacher can set the maximum grades for workshop submission and assessment

This test requires a workshop which has several submissions and assessments.

1. Login as a teacher, update the workshop and set the grade for submission to 60 and the grade for assessment to 40.
2. In the grading evaluation phase, check that the maximum grade for submissions is 60 and the maximum grade for assessments is 40.
