      Description

This is an explanatory test for Moodle 3.4.

      1. Log-in into Moodle as a normal user (not admin)
      2. Add some files to your user private file area
      3. Check that once the files are added you see a message indicating how much space are you using right now.
      4. Log-in as admin
      5. Check that you don't see the message (admins don't have restrictions by default)
      6. Optionally, as a normal user, you can add remote files (dropbox, etc..) and check that those files are not added to your total files size.
