CLONE - A teacher can change the order in which questions appear in a quiz

This test requires a quiz with at least 3 questions.

1. Login as a teacher, edit the quiz and change the order of the questions.
2. Move the questions to new pages with one question on each page.
3. Login as a student and attempt the quiz.
4. Check that the questions are shown in the order specified by the teacher and that there is only one question on each page.
