CLONE - A teacher can import data from another course

This test requires at least 2 courses in which the same user is assigned the role of teacher in each one.

1. Login as a teacher, access a course and follow the import link in the course administration.
2. Select a course to import data from.
3. Perform the import.
4. Check that all activities and blocks have been correctly imported.
