CLONE - File picker can be used to upload a user profile picture.

1. Log in as a user and go to Settings > My profile settings > Edit profile.
2. Try uploading a user picture by clicking the Add... button.
3. In the file picker, click 'Upload a file', choose an image to upload and upload it.
4. Click 'Update profile' and check that the picture is displayed correctly on the user's profile page.
