CLONE - A user can reset their Dashboard back to its default settings

      This test requires an administrator access (for creating a new user)
      1) As admin create a user and enrol them in one or two courses.
      2) Log in as this new user and navigate to your Dashboard. Make a note of the position of the blocks and layout of the page.
      3) Click the 'Customise this page' button and swap the positions of the Navigation and Administration blocks. (only with clean theme)
      4) Add two new blocks, for example, RSS feeds and Comments blocks.
      5) Move these blocks to the opposite side from the Navigation and Administration blocks [Only for clean theme]
      6) Now press the 'Reset page to default' button . Verify that the two blocks you added in Step 4 are gone and the page displays as it did in step 2.
