This test requires a comments block configured to display throughout the site.

1. Login as a student, browse to a course and enter a comment in the comments block.
2. Cancel the comment.
3. Add another comment and save it.
4. Login as a teacher, browse to the course and add a comment.
5. Delete the comment.
6. Delete the student's comment.
