      Description

      1. Log in as a teacher and create a survey, selecting ATTLS as survey type.
      2. Log in as a student and answer the survey.
      3. Log in as the teacher again and view the survey report.
      4. Repeat steps 1-3 selecting critical incidents as survey type, then COLLES.
