CLONE - User tours display

      1. Log in as admin and go to 'User tours' in the Site administration.
      2. View each of the default tours (Boost - administrator and Boost - course view) and click the link to force the tour to be displayed to all users again.
      3. Go to the site home, then go through each of the steps of the user tour, checking that everything displays correctly.
      4. Go to a course page, then go through each of the steps of the user tour, checking that everything displays correctly.
      5. Return to 'User tours' in the Site administration, visit the Tour repository and choose a user tour.
      6. Import the tour.
      7. Go to the page for the user tour, then go through each of the steps of the user tour, checking that everything displays correctly.
