An administrator can filter user accounts by role, cohort and other variables

      This test requires a site with a number of users enrolled in courses and arranged into cohorts.

      1. Log in as an administrator and go to Settings > Site administration > Users > Accounts > Bulk user actions.
      2. Click the 'Show advanced' button, set 'Course role' to student and click the 'Add filter' button.
      3. Check that the list of available users is as expected.
      4. Click the 'Show advanced' button, enter a cohort ID and click the 'Add filter' button.
      5. Check that the list of available users is as expected.
      6. Click the 'Remove all filters' button.
      7. Click the 'Show advanced' button, set 'Confirmed' to No and click the 'Add filter' button.
      8. Check that the list of available users is as expected.
      9. Click the 'Show advanced' button, set 'Authentication' to 'Manual accounts' and click the 'Add filter' button.
      10. Check that the list of available users is as expected.
