CLONE - A teacher can set opening and closing times for a quiz

1. Login as a teacher, edit the settings for a quiz and set an opening time in the future.
2. Check that a message is displayed stating that the quiz will not be available until the opening time.
3. Edit the settings for the quiz again, remove the opening time and set a closing time in the past.
4. Check that a message is displayed stating when the quiz closed.
