CLONE - "One section per page" setting includes a "Jump to" menu

1. As a teacher in a course, click Administration > Course administration > Edit settings, and choose Topics format.
2. In the Formatting options for Topics format > Course layout choose "Show one section per page".
3. Save the changes and make sure editing is turned off.
4. Click the header of one of the sections to open it up.
5. Check you see the "jump to menu" at the bottom of the section.
6. Click Administration > Course administration > Edit settings and choose Weekly Format
7. In the Formatting options for Weekly format > Course layout choose "Show one section per page".
8. Save the changes and make sure editing is turned off.
9. Click the header of one of the sections to open it up.
10. Check you see the "jump to menu" at the bottom of the section.
