CLONE - A teacher can create a badge, set criteria, endorsements, related badges and competencies

      1. Log in as a teacher and go to a course.
      2. Click 'Add a new badge' (either via the gear menu or the Administration block, depending upon the theme)
      3. Complete the form, then click the button 'Create badge'.
      4. Add a 'Manual issue by role' criterion and select Teacher as the role.
      5. Add a description
      6. Click the Endorsement tab, complete the form, then save changes.
      7. Click the Competencies tab, then the button 'Add competency'.
      8. Complete the form, then save changes.
      9. Add another competency and verify that both are listed.
      10. Click the Overview tab and verify that all details listed are correct including the endorsement and competencies.
      11. Verify that the competencies link correctly.
      12. Return to the Manage badges page and click the icon in the Actions column to make a copy of the badge, then save changes.
      13. Click the Endorsement tab, complete the form, then save changes.
      14. Click the Competencies tab, then the button 'Add competency'.
      15. Complete the form, then save changes.
      16. Click the 'Related badges' tab, then the button 'Add a related badge'.
      17. Select the first badge listed and save changes.
      18. Click the Overview tab and and verify that all details listed are correct including related badges.
      19. Verify that the related badge links to the first badge.
      20. Return to the Manage badges page and enable access to both badges.
      21. Award both badges to a student.
      22. Go to the student's course profile page and verify that both badges are listed.
      23. Click on each badge, then on the badge page verify that all details listed are correct including endorsement, names of related badges and competencies.
      24. Verify that endorsement date issued is correct and that the issuer URL and claim URL link correctly.
      25. Verify that the competencies link correctly.
      26. Go to the course badges page (either via the navigation drawer or the navigation block, depending upon the theme).
      27. Verify that the name, description and criterion plus description is displayed correctly for both badges.
