CLONE - Printer-friendly (more compact) layout for quiz

      1. Log in as a teacher and either create a quiz with 3 or more questions or use the Demo quiz on the QA testing site.
      2. Preview the quiz (either via the gear menu or the Administration block, depending upon the theme).
      3. Verify that the page content is shown as displayed in Moodle, apart from the following items which should NOT be shown:
        • Navigation block (Clean theme) or Navigation drawer (Boost theme)
        • Quiz navigation
        • Page header (containing the name of the site and the course name)
        • Page footer
        • 'Finish attempt' button
        • 'Edit question' and 'Flag question' links
      4. Verify that individual questions do not break across pages.
