CLONE - Grade info should only be visible if grade is set in lesson

      1. Create a lesson with Grade Type setting set to "None in the "Grade" section of the form
      2. Add some question pages to the lesson
      3. Attempt the lesson as a student and verify there is no mention of grade everywhere and you don't see a display like "Your grade is 0.0 / 0.0" on the final page.
      4. Create a lesson with grade type points and maximum grade 100
      5. Add a/some question pages to the lesson
      6. Attempt the lesson as a student and verify you can see a 'view the grades' link and you can click on it
