This test requires a course such as the features demo course, which contains various activities.

1. Login as a teacher, access the course then in the settings, set the maximum upload size to a value less than the site maximum.
2. Access an activity e.g. forum and check that you cannot add a post with an attachment bigger than the maximum upload size.
3. Turn editing on and add a new upload a single file assignment.
4. Check that in the assignment settings, the maximum upload size is the same as the maximum for the course.
