Test Pre-requisites:

• A Forum activity.

Test Steps:
1. Login as a Student and start a new discussion topic.
2. Click 'Advanced' to display the file attachment box
3. Click the icon to access the repositories
4. Select 'Upload a file', choose a file to upload and upload it.
5. Click Post to forum and verify that the post has been created.
6. Download the file to verify that the file link has been created properly.
7. Login as a Teacher and download the file, then verify that the file is correct.
