CLONE - In an assignment with a limit of two files, Drag and Drop allows one file to be added below the boundary

This test requires an assignment with file submissions enabled with the setting "Maximum number of uploaded files" set to 2.

1. Log in a student and navigate to the assignment.
2. Drag a file onto the file submission File Manager form element. Verify that the File Manager form element allows you to add and submit the one file.
