CLONE - A student can complete a learning plan derived from a template and future alterations to the plan will have no affect.

      Prerequisites

      • Must have some users created and enrolled in a course.
      1. Log in as the administrator.
      2. Go to the Administration block > Site administration > Competencies.
      3. Click on "Competency Frameworks".
      4. Add a competency framework if you don't have one already
        1. Click on "Add new competency framework"
        2. Fill in the Name, Id number, configure scales, and save.
      5. Click on your framework in the tree.
      6. Click "Add competency"
      7. Fill in the Name and Id number.
      8. Select "Learning plan templates".
      9. Follow the "Add new learning plan template" button.
      10. Fill in the "Name" field with a name and click "Save changes".
      11. Click on "Learning plan templates".
      12. Click on the name of the learning plan template.
      13. Click the "Add competencies to learning plan template" button.
      14. Select a competency and click "Add".
      15. Go to the Administration block > Site administration > Competencies.
      16. Select "Learning plan templates".
      17. Click the number under "User plans" (should be a "0").
      18. Select some users from the "Select users to create plans for" select box.
      19. Click "Create plans".
      20. The students should now be present in the list of user plans.
      21. Click the learning plan name for a student.
      22. There should be a title "Status" and a link underneath with (Complete this learning plan). Complete the learning plan.
      23. The status should now be complete.
      24. Go to the Administration block > Site administration > Competencies.
      25. Select "Learning plan templates".
      26. Click on the same learning plan name.
      27. Click the "Add competencies to learning plan template"
      28. Add another competency to the learning plan template.
      29. Go back to the learning plan templates list ("Learning plan templates" in the breadcrumb).
      30. Click the plan name next to the student who was marked as complete for the lesson plan.
      31. The learning plan should not have the second competency.
      32. Go to the Administration block > Site administration > Competencies > Learning plan templates.
      33. Click the number under "User plans"
      34. Click the plan name next to a student who has not been marked as complete for the lesson plan.
      35. Both competencies should be present in the learning plan.
