Test Pre-requisites:

• A course in Moodle in topic format.
• Javascript and Ajax enabled.
• A course section that contains no activities or resources.
• This test must be executed in Internet Explorer.

Test Steps:
1. Open the course page and turn editing on.
2. Highlight the blank section.
3. Move the highlighted section by dragging and dropping it to another position.
4. Refresh the page and verify that the highlighted section remains where it was dropped.
5. Turn editing off, then refresh the page again and verify that the highlighted section remains where it was dropped.
