This test requires blogs, blog comments and a comments count to be enabled for the site. It also requires at least one blog entry.

1. Login as a student and add a comment to a blog entry.
2. Add a second comment and check that the comments count is correct.
3. Delete the first comment, refresh the page and check that the comments count is correct.
