CLONE - A student is not allowed to add a resource to Moodle from MoodleNet

    Description

      1. Log in as a student to your Moodle site.
      2. Go to https://home.moodle.net and choose a resource.
      3. There should be a menu (three periods in a row) with the option of "Send to Moodle". Click that.
      4. Check that you are asked for the Moodle instance to send the resource to. Enter the URL of your Moodle site.
      5. Confirm that you see an error that says "Sorry, but you do not currently have permissions to do that (Manage activities)."
