CLONE - The assignment module informs teachers of the number of assignments submitted to-date for file submissions

Test Pre-requisites: This test requires an assignment with file submissions enabled.

1. Login as student1 and submit a file for the assignment.
2. Login as a teacher. Check that a 'View all submissions' button is displayed and that the grading summary correctly reports the number of submitted assignments (probably 1).
3. Log in as student2 and submit a file for the assignment.
4. Log in as a teacher. Check that the number of submitted assignments is correct (probably 2).
