CLONE - A teacher can set the number of course sections and the course start date

      1. Login as a teacher, access a course then in the settings, set a course start date in the past and the course format to weekly.
      2. Check that the first week begins with the course start date.
      3. Check that the section for the current week is highlighted.
      4. Turn editing on then add another weekly section to the course.
      5. Check that the weekly section just added has the correct dates.
      6. Try deleting a weekly section in the middle of the course.
      7. Check that the remaining sections are renamed with the correct dates.
