CLONE - Sections can be dragged to new, permanent positions in Safari

      This test requires a course with activities and resources in different sections and for Safari to be used.

      1. Log in as a teacher, navigate to the course page and turn editing on then verify that the move icons are present on the sections.
      2. Move all sections to new positions and check that the links to all activities and resources work.
      3. Add a new resource and activity to sections that have moved and verify that these activities and resources work.
      4. Launch a new browser tab and navigate to the course page then verify that the positions of the sections are as per your changes. Also verify that the links to all activities and resources work.
      5. Launch a new browser window and navigate to the course page then verify that the positions of the sections are as per your changes. Also verify that the links to all activities and resources work.
