CLONE - A quiz has a printer-friendly display version

      1. Log in as a teacher and either create a quiz with 3 or more questions or use the Demo quiz on the QA testing site.
      2. Preview the quiz, then use your browser print option to display a print preview.
      3. Verify that the quiz questions are shown as displayed in Moodle, apart from the following items which should NOT be shown:
        • Site navigation
        • Quiz navigation
        • Page header (containing the name of the site and the course name)
        • Page footer
        • 'Finish attempt' button
        • 'Edit question' and 'Flag question' links
      4. Verify that individual questions do not break across pages.
