CLONE - Teacher can override roles

      1. Log in as teacher
      2. Navigate to Course administration -> Users -> Permissions
      3. Update capability by adding/prohibiting student role.
      4. Make sure you get an alert for any role capability modification (clicking "+" or "x")
      5. Ensure capabilities are updated as per requirement
      6. Search for capability and make sure filter works.
