Block settings can be modified so that a block can be hidden or moved

This test requires a course containing several activities using a three-column theme.

1. Log in as a teacher, go to the course page, turn editing on and add a comments block.
2. Edit the comments block and set 'Display on page types' to 'Any page'.
3. Go to an activity, edit the comments block and set the visibility to no on this page.
4. Save changes and check that the comments block is shown greyed out on the activity page.
5. Turn editing off (via the link in Settings > Course administration) and check that the comments block is no longer displayed on the activity page.
6. Go to a different activity, turn editing on, edit the comments block and change the region e.g. from left to right on this page.
7. Save changes and check that the comments block has moved correctly on the activity page.
