Block settings can be modified so that a block appears on any page

This test requires a course containing at least one activity.

1. Log in as a teacher, go to the course page, turn editing on and add a comments block.
2. Edit the comments block and set 'Display on page types' to 'Any page'.
3. Go to an activity and check that the comments block is displayed.
4. Go back to the course page, edit the comments block again and set 'Display on page types' to 'Any course page'.
5. Go to the activity and check that the comments block is no longer displayed.
