CLONE - A teacher can set the number of attempts allowed for a quiz

      1. Login as a teacher, edit the settings for a quiz and set the attempts allowed to 2.
      2. Login as a student, access the quiz and check that the number of attempts allowed is stated.
      3. Attempt the quiz twice.
      4. Check that you can no longer attempt the quiz and that the message "No more attempts are allowed" is displayed.
