CLONE - Files can be uploaded to A folder resource and their details can be changed.

Test Pre-requisites:

• Login as Teacher.

Test Steps:
1. Navigate to the folder resource and click 'Edit'.
2. Click 'Add' and verify that the file picker is launched.
3. Select 'Upload a file' and select a file.
4. Enter a value for Save As.
5. Change the name of the author.
6. Change the licence type.
7. Select Upload this file then verify that the file appears in the File Manager and that the details are correct.
8. Click Save changes/submit and verify that the files have been uploaded.
