CLONE - As an admin I want to restore a deleted course with the content bank from Recycle bin

      This test requires admin access. If you would like to use the QA testing site for running it, please see the QA testing guide for details of how to request admin access. Begin just after the hourly reset to give yourself plenty of time to complete the test!

      1. Log as admin
      2. Create a course named C1
      3. Go to Content bank link in C1 course (link is in the drawer for Boost, in Navigation block -> Site pages for Classic)
      4. Click 'Upload' button to create a new content
      5. Upload helloworld.h5p file and Save changes
      6. Go to Site administration > Courses > Manage courses and categories
      7. Delete C1 course
      8. Go to the 'Recycle bin' of the C1 course's category.
      9. Restore just deleted C1 course.
      10. Confirm the course is restored successfully and click in 'Continue'
      11. Go to Content bank link in the new course (link is in the drawer for Boost, in Navigation block -> Site pages for Classic)
      12. Confirm 'helloworld.h5p' content is there
      13. Click on 'helloworld.h5p' content
      14. Confirm the image of the Earth is shown and there's no error
