This test case is an exploratory test case about the newly introduced question usage page where you may look up in which quizzes your questions have been used. So please feel free to try anything you like and not just the test steps!
This test requires
- a Moodle course
- one enrolled teacher
- two quizzes (quiz 1, quiz 2)
- Log in as a teacher and go to your course
- Go to the question bank (More > Question Bank)
- Create question1 choose any question type you like.
- Go to quiz 1.
- Add question1.
- Add a second question2 via "Add question" > "A new question". Remember the category in which the question was created.
- Go to quiz 2.
- Add question1.
- Go to the question bank and look for question1 and question2
#Verify that the column "Usage" has "2" for question1 and "1" for question2 - Go to quiz 1.
- Duplicate quiz 1.
- Go to the question bank and look for question1 and question2
- Verify that the column "Usage" has "3" for question1 and "2" for question2
- Click on the number "3" in the column "Usage" for question1.
- Verify that the Usage page opens (pop up window) and you see the link to quiz1, quiz2 and the copy of quiz1 along with the course in which the question was used and the number of attempts that have been made on question1 in the respective quizzes (0 if you followed the test case in detail).
- Verify that the links lead to the respective quizzes.
