CLONE - A teacher can get a printable html version of the book

      1. Log in as teacher and access a course.
      2. Access the Restore area (either via the gear menu or the Administration block, depending upon your theme)
      3. Restore the backup http://tracker.moodle.org/secure/attachment/28414/test_book_for_qa_20120522.mbz into the course. Don't modify any setting, just use default ones.
      4. Verify one book resource, with title "Test Book for QA".
      5. Access to the restored book.
      6. Verify that it shows 4 chapters (1, 2, 3 & 4) and 2 subchapters (3A & 3B).
      7. Try printing the book (either via the gear menu or the Administration block, depending upon your theme)
      8. Verify that a new window is opened containing the title of the book and its introduction, the Site, Course, Book, Printed by and Date information, a Table of contents linking to each Chapter, all chapters with their titles and contents displayed properly.
      9. Try printing a chapter (either via the gear menu or the Administration block, depending upon your theme)
      10. Verify that a new window is opened containing the current chapter, with its title and content displayed properly.
