1. Login as a teacher and create a forum with a time period for blocking set.
2. Set a post threshold for blocking and for warning.
3. Give the student role the capability "mod/forum:throttlingapplies" within the forum.
4. Login as a student and check that a warning is given after posting a certain number of posts.
5. Check that it is no longer possible to post after posting up to the post threshold within the set time period.
6. Remove the "mod/forum:throttlingapplies" capability from the student role.
7. Check that the student can now post an unlimited number of times.
