An administrator can export groups/groupings to multiple formats

This test requires admin access. If you would like to use the QA testing site for running it, please see the QA testing guide for details of how to request admin access. Begin just after the hourly reset to give yourself plenty of time to complete the test!

Setup

1. Create at least 5 users, filled with extra fields (like ID Number)
2. As admin, go to Site Administration>Users>User Policies>Show User Identity and select one or more extra fields (same fields as step 1)
3. Create a new course
4. Add at least 5 participants to the course
5. Create a number of groups and a number of groupings
6. Assign some groups to the groupings created
7. Add participants to one or more groups (or use auto-create groups feature)

Testing

1. Navigate to Participants>Groups>Overview in the menu
2. Check: The "Download groups and groupings as" dropdown and Download button exist on the bottom of the page
3. Select a format and click the button.
4. Check: The contents of the file match the contents of the overview page.
5. Apply grouping and/or group filters on the top of the overview page.
6. Select a format and click the button.
7. Check: The contents of the file match the filtered contents of the overview page
8. Please repeat the test with other supported formats{}
9. Repeat the test downloading to other formats.
10. Check: The contents of the file match the filtered contents of the overview page
