Test Steps:

1. Log in as a Student and start a new discussion topic.
2. Drag and drop a file onto the file manager, which currently contains the text 'You can drag and drop files here to add them.'
3. Click Post to forum and verify that the post has been created.
4. Download the file to verify that the file link has been created properly.
5. Log in as a Teacher and download the file, then verify that the file is correct.
