CLONE - A teacher can drag and drop a file into the course page

      1. Log in as a teacher and go to a course.
      2. Click "Turn editing on" and drag a file into one of the sections on the course page.
      3. Verify that a file resource is created.

      Repeat the test in more than one browser and mention in a comment which ones you've used.
