CLONE - A teacher can import book contents from a zip file containing multiple html pages

      1. Log in as teacher and access a course.
      2. Turn editing on and add a book resource
      3. Click on "Save and display".
      4. Verify that the "Add new chapter" form is shown. Ignore it.
      5. Click "Import chapter" either via the gear menu or the Administration block, depending upon your theme.
      6. Pick the attached "htmlcontent.zip" file and click the "Import" button.
      7. Verify that the strings "Importing" and "Relinking" are shown, with one "Continue" button.
      8. Click the "Continue" button.
      9. Verify that one book with 3 Chapters is shown and that chapters are in order.
      10. Verify that the 3rd chapter has one image and it's shown properly (Do you Moodle?).
