CLONE - Admin should be able to upload logo and compact logo

    Description

      1. Log in as an admin
      2. Visit Site administration > Appearance > Logos
      3. Upload an image in Logo and an other in Compact logo file manager (around 48px height)
      4. Press save changes and ensure, image in Compact logo is visible in site header.
      5. Visit Site home page and ensure Compact Logo is still visible.
      6. Log out, go to login page and ensure Logo is visible.
      7. Log in as an admin and go back to Site administration > Appearance > Logos
      8. Click on image under "Compact logo" and then press "Delete" confirming the dialogue in file manager
      9. Press "Save changes", ensure logo in site header is replaced with site short name.
