CLONE - With boost theme, right side blocks are not visible on small screen

      1. Log in as teacher or student
      2. Go to dashboard
      3. Show the blocks panel on the right hand side
      4. Decrease the window width to < 992px
      5. Confirm the blocks panel on right side of screen collapses automatically
