1. Log in as a user and go to Settings > My profile settings > Edit profile.
2. Try uploading a user picture by clicking the Add... button.
3. In the file picker, click 'Upload a file', choose an image to upload and upload it.
4. Click 'Update profile' and check that the picture is displayed correctly on the user's profile page.

1. Edit your profile again.
2. Try uploading a user picture by dragging and dropping an image into the area indicated.
3. Add a picture description.
4. Click 'Update profile' and check that the picture is displayed on the user's profile page and that the description is shown when mousing over the picture.
