CLONE - A teacher can add additional files for use in an assignment

      1. Log in as a teacher and create a new assignment.
      2. Enter an assignment name, description and add an additional file, then save the assignment.
      3. Check that a link to the file is displayed on the assignment page below the description.
      4. Check that the file can be downloaded and opened.
