CLONE - A database activity may include up to 12 different database fields

1. Login as a teacher and create a database activity with one of each of the following fields:
checkbox, date, file, menu, multi-select menu, number, picture, radio buttons, text (upto 60 characters), text area (allowing HTML formatting), URL, latitude/longitude (geographic location)
2. Add an entry.
3. View the entry in single and list view.
