This is an exploratory test of a new feature or improvement, so please feel free to try anything you like and not just the test steps!

Please try different browsers, screen resolutions and languages (RTL and LTR)

Run the test with the browser developer console open and look for any errors.

Setup

• A course with a teacher enrolled and few activities and sections.
  • You can also use the Activities examples course in the QA site for this testing

Duplicate

1. As teacher go to the course and turn editing mode on.
2. Click on the "Bulk actions" option.
3. Select one or more activities by clicking on the checkbox.
4. Click "Duplicate"
5. Ensure the selected activity has been duplicated.

Availability.

1. Select another activity and click "Availability"
2. Click "Hide on course page"
   • Ensure the activity has a "Hidden from students" label
3. Select the same activity, but now choose "Show on course page" option.
   • Ensure the "Hidden from students" label has been removed from the activity.
4. Click "Make available but don't show on course page" option
   • Ensure the activity has a "Available but not shown on course page" label
5. Note that for all options you can click on the bullet under the activity name to change the availability option, feel free to experiment!

Select all

1. Select an activity and click "Select all" checkbox on the sticky footer (bottom left of screen)
2. Ensure all activities are selected.

Close bulk actions sticky footer

1. Click "Bulk actions" again.
2. Select few activities and ensure the number of activities selected are displayed on the sticky footer.
3. Click the icon and ensure all activities are not selected any more.
4. Ensure the bulk edit sticky footer is hidden.
5. Click on the "Bulk actions" option.
6. Select one or more sections by clicking the checkbox next to the section title.
7. Ensure the selections count in the sticky footer displays the correct number

Delete

1. Select some activities, click on "Delete" and confirm the deletion.
2. Ensure the selected sections are deleted.

Move

1. Select few activities and click "Move".
2. Click in the link to section you want to move the activities.
3. Ensure the activities have been moved to the correct section.
