CLONE - A teacher can hide additional files for use in an assignment

      1. Log in as a teacher and create a new assignment.
      2. Enter an assignment name, description and add an additional file.
      3. Check 'Only show files during submission' checkbox and save the assignment.
      4. Log out as teacher and log out as a student.
      5. Access the assignment created.
      6. Confirm there is no link to any file below the description.
      7. Click on 'Add submission'
      8. Confirm a link to the file is displayed on the assignment page below the description.
      9. Check that the file can be downloaded and opened.
