CLONE - A teacher can set a time limit for a lesson activity

This test requires a lesson activity containing a number of questions.

1. Login as a teacher, update the lesson activity and set the time limit to 2 minutes.
2. Login as a student and attempt the lesson activity.
3. Check that a count down timer is displayed.
4. Check that a question answered after the time is up is not counted.
