In an Upload a single file assignment, students can upload a file for assessment

1. Login as a student and access an Upload a single file assignment.
2. Browse, select and upload a file.
3. Check that the file is uploaded successfully and a download link is displayed together with the submission date and time.
4. Check that the submission date and time is also displayed on the assignment index page.
