CLONE - Block settings can be modified so that a block appears on any sub page and the original settings can be restored.

Test Pre-requisites:
Any course in Moodle.

Test Steps:
1. Login as admin.
2. Create a block at course level.
3. Navigate to a sub-page and set the block to appear on any course page.
4. Navigate to edit course settings page and click the edit icon on the courses block.
5. Edit the block settings and set the block to appear on any page.
6. Set the block back to it's original settings and verify that it appears in the correct places.
