1. Login as a teacher, update an Upload a single file assignment and set the maximum size to 10KB.
2. Login as a student and check that "Upload a file (Max size: 10KB)" is stated on the assignment page.
3. Try uploading a file bigger than 10KB and check that the message "Uploaded file exceeded the maximum size limit set by the form" is displayed.
